Useful tips from the spokeless one for riding Derekh Hasukar:
(1) Beware the waters of Nahal Ogg.
(2) Savor the coffee at Nebi Musa.
(3) Remind Max to bring his keys.

Denis says 15th Dec
I have discovered something harder than climbing Har Atzmon, and that is the process of repairing the Wounded Knee. My advice is to stick to one and avoid the other.

All my thanks to the wonderful Spokers who were so helpful after the Incident, and who have continued to provide support and encouragement in the days that followed.

I look forward to the day when I can once again ride with you all along unknown paths.

Dennis is post Op and is now home. recuperation, first stage is 6 weeks and then physio.
He sends regards and thank you's to all those who asked about him and wished him well.
We (SPOKES and friends) wish him a fast forward to health riding days

Dennis is being operated on tomorrow 5th Dec, to repair all the damaged tendons and ligaments in his left knee. We all wish him a successful operation and will be keeping our fingers crossed for him.

Dennis - It is exactly 1 year ago that I took an untimely tumble and broke my elbow. It took 3 months to heal and I wish you better. Hope that you can get back on your bicycle in a shorter time without any operations. Get better mate.

It is with sad regret that we announce the demise of the TITUS range of bikes. They are closing their doors and will be sadly missed by all.

Well this week we ascended 1000 meters.....a new record...in 5 hrs....at an average pace of 14.5 km....Now that's not bad at all !!!!!!
OK so it was asphalt....so what!!!
